Aijaz Ahmad Ahngar, a terrorist engaged in the recruitment of terrorists for the Islamic State in Jammu and Kashmir, has been caught in Afghanistan after 25 years. He was arrested early this month by Afghan security forces along with the commander of the Islamic State Khorasan Province, Aslam Farooqi, in Kandahar.
